§ 3.606. Administrative Relief.

City development standards may be modified during the design review process by up to ten (10) percent of the required standard upon a finding that all of the following are met:
A.

The proposed improvement is compatible with the character of the property requesting relief and the adjacent property;

B.

The proposed improvement requiring relief will not be detrimental to the property requesting relief, any adjacent property or the City;

C.

The relief granted is the minimum required to meet the needs of the proposed improvement; and

D.

The relief shall not be contrary to the purpose and intent of this ordinance.
