The requirements of Table 1 (A-1 Development Standards) shall not apply to a multi-purpose arena; rather:

1.

A multi-purpose arena shall be located a minimum of five hundred (500) feet from any existing building occupied for single-family purposes.

C.

The maximum height of a multi-purpose arena shall be one hundred twenty-five (125) feet.
