A.

Design review is required as outlined in Section 3.600.

B.

Private open space requirement per dwelling unit, patio or balcony-one hundred twenty-five (125) square feet.

C.

Common open space requirement-minimum thirty (30) percent of site exclusive of parking areas.

D.

All wireless communication facilities are subject to Design Review and must be consistent with wireless communication facilities design guidelines.
