Lot Coverage. The minimum lot coverage shall not be less than sixty-five (65) percent of the net lot area.

B.

Lot Size. No minimum lot size is required, but each lot must have a minimum of twenty-five (25) feet of frontage on a public street. For the purpose of this section, an alley is not considered a public street.
