  • A.

    Live entertainment facilities which include music by more than one (1) musician, or dancing. Such facilities can be approved through administrative review, if the entrances and exits to the building are located more than three hundred (300) feet from any residential use. The dance floor may not exceed one-eighth (1/8) of the total floor area. No adult entertainment uses permitted. The closing time of the dance floor shall be simultaneous with the closing of the bar or cocktail lounge.

    Seasonal sales and special events subject to standards in Sections 7.501 and 7.503.

    C.

    Wireless communication facilities, subject to Sections 7.506 and 7.600.

    Building mounted antennas and rooftop mounted antennas.

    Alternative tower structure mounted antennas which utilize existing light pole or electric utility pole. The related equipment shelter must be located on property developed for non-residential use or in public right-of-way subject to approval of City Engineer.
