§ 5.909. Design Guidelines.

A.

Design Review is required as outlined in Section 3.600.

B.

The design of the project shall be consistent with any existing guidelines applicable to the land use proposed. This shall include, but not be limited to the following:

1.

Subdivision Design Expectations.

2.

Commercial Design Expectations.

3.

Multi-Family Design Expectations.

4.

Industrial Design Expectations.

5.

All wireless communication facilities are subject to Design Review and must be consistent with wireless communication facilities design guidelines.
