§ 6.204. Development Standards.

  • A.

    The development standards of the underlying zoning district may be amended as part of the PRD approval. All other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance shall apply.

    B.

    The density for the PRD shall be stipulated as part of the PRD approval and shall not exceed the density allowed by the underlying zoning district. For the purpose of this ordinance, the maximum gross density for each underlying zoning district shall be as follows:

    C.

    The amount and location of public and commonly owned open space and facilities shall be determined at the time of PRD approval.
