§ 7.108. Exempt Signs.

A.

Traffic signs or barricades erected or maintained by a governmental entity shall be exempt from the provisions of this article.

B.

Signs not visible beyond the boundaries of the property upon which they are located shall be exempt from the provisions of this article, except those public safety provisions contained in Section 7.102.
