§ 7.202. Landscaping and Buffering.

A.

Minimum on-site landscaping as a percentage of total site area.

1.

Thirty (30) percent in R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-O districts and for any nonresidential use in SR or R-1 districts.

2.

Twenty (20) percent in C-O, G-O, C-1, NSC, SC, CSC, C-2, C-3, and B-P districts.

3.

Five (5) percent in M-1 and M-2 districts.

B.

Landscape Buffers.

1.

Fifteen (15) feet where any multi-family or nonresidential use abuts a single-family district.

2.

Fifteen (15) feet where any nonresidential use abuts a multifamily district.

3.

Twenty-five (25) feet where any loading docks and service drives abut residential districts.
