§ 7.401. Purpose.

A.

To provide adequate parking to meet the needs of residents, employees, and business patrons.

B.

To prevent excess unused parking areas which encourage reliance on the automobile and discourage pedestrian use.

C.

To reduce the scale of parking areas through landscaping and by breaking them into smaller areas.
