Article 7. GENERAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS

§ 7.705. Administration.

A.

The City Engineer or designee will review the sound attenuation plan and its proposed improvements for compliance with the intent of this section.

B.

The approval of the sound attenuation plan is required prior to any rezoning, preliminary plat, lot split, or design review approval.

C.

If the City Engineer or designee determines that the sound attenuation plan does not meet the intent of this section that decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission consistent with the procedures outlined in Section 3.607.
