§ 10-21. License requirements; conflicts.

A license may include such provisions as the city deems necessary to protect the public welfare, safety and health and to comply with the standards established by this chapter. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of a license and the terms and conditions on which the city can grant a license under any applicable law, the applicable law shall control. Nothing in a license shall be deemed to waive the requirements of any codes, ordinances and regulations of the city concerning permits, fees to be paid or manner of construction.
