§ 10-36. Communications with regulatory agencies.

Copies of all petitions, applications, communications and reports submitted by a licensee to the F.C.C., the Securities and Exchange Commission and any other federal or state regulatory commission or agency having jurisdiction with respect to any matters affecting the cable system or a licensee's cable operations in the city shall be available to the city upon request. Copies of responses from such regulatory agencies to a licensee shall also be available to the city upon request. A licensee shall, without request, promptly provide all documents required by law to be submitted to the city. A licensee shall provide city with copies of any petition, application, communications or other documents related to any filing by the licensee of bankruptcy, receivership or trusteeship.
