§ 10-44. Lock-out devices.

A licensee shall provide subscriber controlled lock-out devices for both audio and visual signals, or such equivalent devices as may be developed and approved by the city, at no cost to subscribers upon their request for such devices. A licensee shall provide those devices which provide the greatest degree or parental discretion and control and which are commercially practicable. A licensee shall notify all subscribers in writing at least annually of the availability of the lock-out devices.
