§ 10-51. Standards for construction.

A cable system shall be constructed in accordance with F.C.C. requirements and the provisions of this chapter and a license. If F.C.C. requirements are terminated and this chapter or a license provide no corresponding requirements, then the F.C.C. regulations shall remain in effect on licensees by order of this chapter until the city approves the terminations or adopts substitute requirements.
