§ 10-54. Construction notification.

A license may establish reasonable requirements consistently applied to other users of the streets and public ways for notification of nearby residents prior to cable system construction. The city manager may from time to time establish and apply to licensees additional reasonable and uniform requirements for notification applicable to all users of the streets and public ways.
