§ 10-65. Mapping; agreements with utilities.

  • (a)

    A licensee shall keep accurate installation records of the design and location of all of its underground and above ground cable facilities in the streets and public ways in an electronic mapping format compatible with the current city electronic mapping format. Upon completion of any new or relocation construction of cable facilities in the streets and public ways for which a new construction permit is required, a licensee shall promptly provide to the city engineer accurate "as-built" maps and installation records for such construction in a compatible electronic mapping format.

    (b)

    Upon request, a licensee shall, on an annual basis, provide the city with accurate "as-built" maps and installation records for the entire city in an electronic mapping format and in a form approved by the city engineer showing the location of underground and above ground facilities.

    (c)

    Upon request, a licensee shall make available for inspection, at its offices, complete design maps of the cable system and all agreements between the licensee and any utility providing for the use of the utility's facilities.
