§ 10-71. Construction delays; damages.

(a)

If the city becomes aware of a potential construction delay claim situation involving the construction, relocation or operation of a licensee's cable system in the streets or public ways, the city shall promptly notify the licensee of such potential delay.

(b)

If a licensee's construction, relocation or operation of a cable system so delays construction of a public project causing the city to be liable for delay damages, the licensee shall reimburse the city for those damages attributable to the delay created by the licensee.
