§ 10-73. Blue stake center requirements.

A licensee shall at all times comply with A.R.S. section 40-360.21 et seq. by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service for the licensee's cable system upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event more than two (2) working days after such call. A licensee shall at all times maintain on file with the city a copy of the licensee's Blue Stake Center agreement or proof of membership.
