§ 10-76. Vacated street.

Latest version.

If any street or public way used by a licensee is vacated by the city, or the use thereof discontinued by a licensee, during the term of a license, the licensee shall forthwith remove its facilities therefrom unless a public utility easement remains or the licensee is specifically permitted to continue in place.
