§ 10-77. Temporary removal of cable to move large objects.

If it is necessary to temporarily move or remove any of a licensee's wires, cables, poles or other facilities placed pursuant to a license, in order lawfully to move a large object, vehicle, building or other structure over the streets and public ways, the licensee upon reasonable notice shall at the expense of the person requesting, other than such a request by the city for public purposes, remove its facilities as may be required to facilitate such movements.
