§ 10-81. Government access channels and programming.

A licensee shall provide access and other channel capacity for the use of the city and other government agencies, at no charge to the city or such agencies, as is specified in its license. A licensee shall provide such additional support for government access programming, including funding for government access equipment, as is specified in its license.
