§ 10-104. Discriminatory practices prohibited.

A licensee shall not deny service, deny access, discriminate in hiring, compensation or promotion, discriminate in purchasing or ownership, or otherwise discriminate against subscribers, programmers, employees, vendors, investors, the general public or any other person on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age or disability. A licensee shall comply at all times with all other applicable federal, state and city laws, and all executive and administrative orders relating to nondiscrimination. A licensee shall submit reports on its actions and success in affirmative action as required by the city.
