§ 10-107. Compliance with laws.

Latest version.

A licensee shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations heretofore or hereinafter enacted and shall be subject to all applicable requirements of city ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations heretofore or hereafter adopted or established by the city pursuant to its governmental powers, police powers and taxing authority.
