§ 13-4. City judges.

There is hereby established in the city the office of city judge. City judges shall be appointed by the city council, after recommendation of the judicial selection advisory board. City judges shall be under the direct supervision and control of the presiding city judge. City judges shall have all the judicial powers and jurisdictions of the presiding judge of such court.
