§ 18.5-12. Plans and specifications.

All plans and specifications shall be prepared in accordance with the current edition of the city's "Design Guidelines for Site Development and Infrastructure Construction" which document has been adopted and is on file in the office of the city clerk. It shall be the responsibility of the engineer who prepares the grading plan to incorporate all recommendations from the soil engineering reports in the grading plan.
