§ 18-13. Burning of refuse.

All burning of garbage, trash, refuse or other solid or liquid waste or recyclable material is prohibited except as may be permitted by the City, the County, the State and the federal government. Any burning of garbage, trash, refuse or other solid or liquid waste or recyclable material must comply with any and all applicable laws, statutes, rules and regulations of the City, County, State and federal government, including those administered by the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
