§ 18-102. Frequency of contained refuse collection; hours.

(a)

The frequency of contained refuse collection shall at a minimum be in accordance with state and/or county regulations, but in no case shall be less than once per week for bins ten (10) cubic yards or less in size.

(b)

Hours of collection from business establishments shall be regulated by the Administrator. However, refuse or recyclable materials shall not be removed from any bin or recycling container located at a business establishment or at any recycling location, when the bin or recycling container is located within two hundred (200) feet of the property line of residential property, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
