§ 18-110. Collection and fees for areas outside City.

(a)

Refuse services may be rendered by the City to areas beyond the jurisdictional boundaries of the City, at the option of the City, and subject to termination at any time.

(b)

The fees for collection beyond the jurisdictional boundaries the City shall be charged a premium above the fee for similar service rendered within the City. Such premium shall be established based on the current market rate and approved by the City Council.
