§ 18-152. Storage.

No person shall store hazardous or medical waste within or upon any property or place within the City unless such storage complies with any applicable federal or state law, including, but not limited to, the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. §6901 et seq., Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, chapter 28, section 36-2821 et seq., and Title 49, chapter 5, section 49-901 et. seq. and any applicable statutes and rules and regulations promulgated by the department of health services of Maricopa County.
