§ 18-161. Frequency of recyclable material collection; hours.

(a)

The frequency of contained refuse collection shall at a minimum be in accordance with state and/or county regulations, but in no case shall be less than once per week.

(b)

Hours of collection of recyclable material shall be regulated by the Administrator. The Administrator will designate specific collection days each week, including holidays.
