§ 18-168. Business recycling program.

The city may provide recycling services to business establishments as part of its commercial solid waste services, subject to the following provisions:

(a)

The size, color and type of City-owned recycling containers provided to business establishments shall be determined by the Administrator.

(b)

Participants in the business recycling program shall be subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Administrator, consistent with the provisions of this chapter.

(c)

The fees associated with the business recycling program shall be based on the cost to the City of providing the service, and shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
