§ 19-77. Multiple-family residential developments.

All multiple-family residential developments shall contain a minimum of one (1) tree and two (2) shrubs for each dwelling unit. For two-story buildings and above, seventy-five (75) percent of all required trees shall be twenty-four (24) box or larger in size. In addition to the foregoing requirement, one (1) tree and two (2) shrubs shall be required within each planter island established within an open parking area as required by section 19-65.
