§ 21.2-34. Display of license.

(a)

An adult business operator shall at all times display his or her adult business license in a conspicuous place at the licensed business premises.

(b)

A manager, adult cabaret performer, escort, nude model, semi-nude business performer or topless bar performer shall have his or her adult business license readily available for inspection, on his or her person or at the adult business premises, at all times during which he or she is engaging in such licensed business activities within the city and shall display such license upon request to any law enforcement officer or any city official whose duties are related to licensing.
