§ 21.2-82. Escort runners and sexually oriented escort bureaus prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, manage or be employed by a sexually oriented escort bureau within the city, regardless of any license which such person may hold, including any escort bureau's or escort's licenses issued under this chapter.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to act as an escort runner within the city.
