§ 21.4-4. Compliance with other laws.

The Medical Marijuana Establishment shall remain in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including administrative regulations. The issuance of a city medical marijuana license shall not be construed as authority to engage in any business activity which is in violation of any other law or regulations to which such activity is subject, or to conduct activities on any property in violation of the zoning ordinance.
