§ 21-2. License required.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any business activity as an auctioneer, consignment dealer, fortune teller, herb dealer or herb doctor, junk dealer, pawnshop operator, peddler or solicitor, peddler or solicitor business, private towing carrier or second-hand dealer within the city without first having obtained a special regulatory license pursuant to this article.
