§ 21-27. Display.

A licensee who maintains a regular place of business within the city shall at all times display his or her special regulatory license in a conspicuous place at such place of business. A licensee who does not maintain a regular place of business within the city shall carry the special regulatory license on his or her person at all times during which he or she is engaging in such licensed business activities within the city and shall display the special regulatory license upon request to any person considering doing business with the licensee or to any police officer, law enforcement official or city official whose duties are related to licensing.
