§ 21-132.1. City business licenses; special requirements.

(a)

Partnerships . Application for a City Business License for a partnership engaging or continuing in business in the city shall provide, as a minimum, the federal identification numbers, names and addresses of all general partners.

(b)

Corporations . Application for a City Business License for a corporation engaging or continuing in business in the city shall provide, as a minimum, the corporation federal identification number, the names and addresses of both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the corporation.

(c)

Applications for City Business Licenses may contain other requirements as defined by the Tax Collector.
