§ 21-135. Fees.

The fee to obtain a City Business License is twenty-five dollars ($25.00), and the fee is non-refundable. The City Business License fee is valid only for the location identified on the application for the calendar year in which it is issued, unless the license is renewed each year by filing the appropriate application for license renewal and paying an annual license renewal fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each license.
