§ 21-156. Nontransferability; display.

Latest version.

No occasional sales license shall be transferable between persons. At all times during which a licensee is engaging in occasional sales within the city, such licensee shall carry the occasional sales license on his or her person. The licensee shall display his or her occasional sales license upon request to any police officer, law enforcement official or city official whose duties are related to licensing.
