§ 21-158. Compliance with administrative regulations.

The tax and license manager may adopt such rules and regulations as he or she deems necessary to implement and enforce the provisions of this article; provided, that such rules and regulations are consistent with this article. All such administrative rules and regulations are subject to the approval of the city manager. All persons applying for or obtaining occasional sales licenses shall comply with all rules and regulations so adopted.
