§ 21-165. Application; address changes.

An application for an operator's license shall be made on forms furnished by the city. Each application shall be accompanied by the required application fee. An applicant for or holder of an operator's license shall notify the tax and license division of any change of address from that which is listed on the application within forty-eight (48) hours of such change of address.
