§ 21-184. Fees.

(a)

The licensing and reporting fees shall be paid for each automated kiosk that is identified on the license:

(1)

An initial application fee and annual license and reporting fee.

(2)

An annual license renewal and reporting fee.

(3)

A fee, if applicable, for the transfer of a license from one controlling person to another.

(b)

The application and license fees for automated kiosk licenses shall be set by resolution of the city council.

(c)

No application, renewal, transfer or fingerprinting fee paid pursuant to this article shall be returned to an applicant if his or her application is withdrawn or denied. No license fee paid pursuant to this article shall be returned to a licensee if his or her license is suspended or revoked.
