§ 22-3. Compliance with rules and regulations.

All persons who have been issued a license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall conform to and comply with such standards and regulations as may be required by administrative orders issued by such administrative departments of the city which have the responsibility of regulating licenses, provided that such regulations shall be uniform in their application for every class of license.
