§ 22-5. Inspection of facilities.

Any massage establishment, its equipment, records and methods of operation, and the register of employees, shall be open during working or business hours to inspection by representatives of the tax and license division and the police department. Every massage establishment shall have a licensed on-site manager present at all times during business hours to assist in these inspections. The chief of police and/or revenue administrator shall assign personnel to make regular inspections of such licensed establishments and a report of such inspections shall be made to the chief of police and revenue administrator in writing.
