§ 22-8. Administering dangerous treatments prohibited.

  • It is unlawful for any person subject to licensing under this chapter to provide any service or treatment to any person which may reasonably be considered to be clearly dangerous to the health or safety of such person. This section shall not apply to any treatment administered in good faith in the course of the practice or profession of any healing arts by any person licensed to practice such arts under regulatory provisions of state law.
