Such signs shall be so placed, and be of sufficient number, that at least one (1) sign shall be visible to anyone attempting to park a vehicle at any location in the fire lane. The failure to erect signs in accordance with this subsection within thirty (30) days of receipt of a notice from the fire department specifying the designation of a space or area as a fire lane shall be a misdemeanor.
