§ 24-95. Limits—Generally.

The state traffic laws regulating the speed of vehicles shall be applicable upon all streets within the city, except as this article, as authorized by state law, hereby declares and determines upon the basis of study that certain speed regulations shall be applicable upon specified streets or in certain areas, in which event any speed in excess of any speed limit specified by an engineering and traffic investigation is prima facie evidence that the speed is too great and therefore unreasonable when signs are in place giving notice thereof.
