§ 24-170. Driving restrictions; sidewalks, curbs and gutters.

The driver of a motor vehicle or a motorized skateboard shall not drive within any sidewalk area except for use in crossing such sidewalk to gain access to any public or private road or driveway. No driver of any vehicle shall drive across a curb or gutter unless the curb or gutter has been designed and built for that purpose.
